Ebow has 22 years experience in Business Development and Marketing in the ISP/Telecoms Market.
In 1998, he joined Africa Online from Lifeforms Limited which was the local agent for SONY Professional in Ghana. At Lifeforms he introduced the first and largest scale approach to hire purchasing for workers of Ashanti Goldfields. At Africa Online he conceived and developed the mass market approach to the selling of the Internet through a product called the ‘E-Touch” which was adopted in Ghana, Kenya and Zimbabwe in 1998-2000. In 2004, he won the first IFC Tender for the company which was for the setting up of Wide Area Network for Takoradi Polyethnic. In 2006 he was the Project Manager for Africa Cup of Nations providing Internet services to the LOC and all the 4 stadiums. As the Business Development Manager, he deputized for the General Manager on several engagements including representations on Ghana Internet Service Providers Association (GISPA) , Parliament Select Committee on Communication and Ministry of Sports. He resigned in 2009 to start Sam-Monney Limited focusing on IP Security Systems-IP Cameras, Access Control. In 2016, the name was changed to Analytics Engineering to reflect the re-positioning of the company from Security to End to End Technical ICT provision. He graduated from University of Ghana (1990) , with BA in English and Philosophy. He has had several training in Project Management Modules including PMP and Prince 2.

Diana has over 13 years of Customer Care Management Experience working from companies like Somotex, Internet Ghana and Vodafone Ghana Limited.
Diana worked for Vodafone as a Data Analyst and Support Executive for one year after which she was promoted to a Schedule Controller managing over 60 field engineers. She won an award as the most outstanding Schedule Controller and a Vodafone FESSP 2014 Scholarship. She was promoted to Business Continuity and Crises Manager assisting clients in recoveries from incidents and impacts of service disruptions.
She has a BSC in Telecoms Engineering from Ghana Telecom University and HND in Electricals/Electronic engineering from Ho Polytechnic.
Michael Mensah
Projects Manager
Michael Mensah has 16 years’ experience as in Electrical Engineering and ICT. At the Ghana Community Network Limited where he worked for the last 8 years, he as an Infrastructure Support officer managing all the Local Area Networks at various corporate sites across Ghana. He was also involved in the installing and monitoring of CCTV cameras at all assigned sites as well as managing all electrical and power related issues.
Michael is currently completing an Masters in IT from KNUST. He has a Bsc in ICt from GIMPA, as well as HND in Electricals/Electronic Engineering from Cape Coast Polytechnic. He holds certifications in CCNP, CCNA and Electrical Contractor’s License.
